What a charismatic, dangerous, secretive, seductive but also caring, deeply atoned, sad and lonely character. But little did she know that she would uncover secrets not only her own but the Blackthorns themselves,getting caught between the arms of the cursed man himself who is like the ghost story that kids tell eachother.

When Lucian meets Isa, she opens up a well of emotion that he hasn't allowed himself to feel (much less acknowledge).

It’s not one of those romances where you meet the male lead and find out he doesn’t deserve the black mark against him and is secretly a stand-up guy.
